1. Agreement to these terms
By visiting gorillagainz07.com (the “Site”), creating an account, or buying anything from Gorilla Gainz07 (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Who we are

3. Health and fitness disclaimer
Everything we publish and sell is for general information and education. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional. Speak to a doctor before starting any diet, exercise programme or supplement, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Our programmes are not recommended for pregnant women or people with medical conditions.
Results vary from person to person and depend on body type, starting weight, metabolism, effort and consistency. Any results, figures or customer stories shown on the Site are individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve. You follow any plan at your own risk.
4. Our products and services
We sell digital products (such as PDF diet and workout plans), coaching services and selected physical products. We try to describe every product accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, prices or other content on the Site are complete, current or error-free. We may change, update or discontinue any product or service at any time.
5. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. An order is accepted only when we confirm it, and we may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a product being unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund that payment.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the methods offered. Cash on delivery is available only on selected physical products where it is shown at checkout. Coupon codes are valid only on the terms stated when they are offered, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.
6. Digital products and your licence
After your order is complete, the download link for a digital product is made available to you. When you buy a digital product we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own use only. You must not copy, resell, share, publish, upload or otherwise distribute it, in whole or in part, to anyone else. All rights in our plans, programmes and materials remain ours.
7. Refunds and returns
Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading harmful code, scraping it without permission, using it for anything unlawful, or posting content that is abusive, misleading or infringes anyone’s rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, plans, images, logos, branding and design, belongs to Gorilla Gainz07 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Gorilla Gainz07 operates, and any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
